Fevzi Kurt has selected for the ILCA 4 European Championship

Organized by the Turkish Sailing Federation as the last leg of the 2022 National Team Selection System, the TYF Stars Cup ILCA races were hosted by Arkas Çeşme Sailing Club between February 26 and March 04, 2022.

As a result of the races in which a total of 152 athletes participated in the ILCA 4, ILCA 6 and ILCA 7 classes, our sailor Fevzi Kurt ranked 11th in the general classification in the ILCA 4 class, where 112 athletes competed, and 2nd in the junior category, according to the 2022 National Team Selection System, Fevzi Kurt has succeed to represent Turkey in the ILCA 4 European Championship.

Other sailors of our club, Ahmet Deniz Akın, who competed in the races, finished 32nd, Mert Ali Akkaya 79th and Tahsin Yavaş 82nd

Our coaches Ali Tokcan and Necdet Gürsel coached our sailors in the event.
